We opened when the UAE was pre-VAT. We guided clients through VAT in 2018, corporate-tax registration from 2023, and the FTA's expanded enforcement in 2025. That institutional memory — every major fiscal shift in the UAE's modern history — is what our clients build on.
Our Abu Dhabi presence is at ADGM Square on Al Maryah Island, from where we serve Abu Dhabi mainland businesses and entities across every Abu Dhabi free zone — ADGM, KEZAD (Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi), Masdar City Free Zone, twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Airport Free Zone (ADAFZ). We also operate from Dubai and Sharjah (Hamriyah Free Zone), with a UK branch and registration as auditors in Labuan, Malaysia. We are approved to conduct statutory audits across the UAE mainland and every major free zone — holding formal Approved Auditor status in ADGM and DIFC, and covering JAFZA, DAFZA, DMCC, RAKEZ, DSOA and Hamriyah. We hold ACCA Gold Approved Employer status (Ref. 27199690), and we carry AED 3 million in professional indemnity.
