A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA), Sarfraz brings deep technical expertise and strong regulatory knowledge across audit, assurance, and financial reporting. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions with prominent organizations including KPMG, JS Group, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and Arqaam Capital Limited, where he contributed to complex audits, financial structuring, and regulatory compliance across diverse industries. Sarfraz is recognized for his disciplined approach to governance, strong professional ethics, and his ability to lead high-performing teams while delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to clients across the UAE and beyond.

A seasoned Accounting and Taxation professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in senior management roles across the UAE and Pakistan. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master's degree in Finance & Accounting, he brings strong technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to his practice. He has extensive experience working across diverse sectors, with a particular focus on FMCG and Real Estate, and is highly knowledgeable in RERA regulations and compliance frameworks within the UAE property sector. Throughout his career, Zahid has held key leadership positions in various organizations, where he has been responsible for financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and strategic financial management. His strong analytical capabilities and practical industry insight enable him to deliver effective, compliant, and value-driven financial solutions to clients.
